1. What is an interesting/fun fact about yourself?

I travel to extremely remote parts of the world to help build churches for Missionaries trying to reach small communities. If you have ever been to end of the earth, we go past that. One trip involved traveling on the “world’s most dangerous road” in Bolivia. Plenty of opportunities to die on that road. You can check it out at

2. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

I like the great friendships I have been able to build and the way everyone supports each other. Crossfit Dover challenges me to better myself, which would probably not happen if I worked out on my own. I like the way it has made me look better and feel better. It has truly been a life changing experience for me.

3. Name one fitness goal you have.

Having been around for 3 score years, my short term goal is to improve my physique, flexibility, stamina, and agility. I doubt I can ever get back to looking like I did in the years I wrestled, but what the heck, no harm in trying. In the long run, I want to be able to continuing doing the things I enjoy now when I am in my senior years. They are just around the corner and I don’t want to find myself in a frail and poor condition when I retire.
