2) What I love about CFD: I love the community and how much we come together to support each other. Whether that be in the daily WOD, at a competition, or social events sharing laughs and making memories with some awesome people I’ve come to call friends! CFD feels more like family than just a group of people working out which is something truly unique that I am truly thankful for.
3) Fitness goal: get better at snatches lol! Overall, I want to get better at my Olympic lifting technique and build my strength to move more weight in those movements. Also want to build my endurance to “keep moving up the ladder” to become better than yesterday.
