  1. Name an interesting fact about you.

I have just started mountain biking again after a 20-year hiatus.  CrossFit gave me the physical ability and mental toughness to venture back out onto the singletrack trail.

  1. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

Building of teamwork and the sheer determination to do better than yesterday.

  1. Name a fitness goal.

Simply to improve and have fun doing it!
