1. What is an interesting fact about you?
I love to travel. When I was 4 months old, my parents took me to Norway to visit my grandparents. Now my goal is to travel the world and see as many countries as possible!
2. What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Dover?
What don’t I like?! The athletes and coaches have become my second family. I love the welcoming atmosphere even at 6am, when the majority of people are sleeping! Everyone is there to work hard, give their best efforts and cheer each other on. The coaches help inspire us to be better than yesterday and to give our best efforts. I really appreciate the coaches for their time and expertise in helping me to modify the workouts as needed coming back from a back injury.
3. Name a fitness goal.
I have several! I definitely want to be able to do a pullup without a band. It is without a doubt my crutch. When I first started CrossFit I was using the black band, now I have gotten to the blue band, but I still have a long way to go! I also would like to get Toes to Bar. I also really want to increase my weights for all of the Olympic weightlifting movements. It would be awesome to be able to RX a workout!
