When I get stressed I clean, so instead of studying, I clean.
- What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?
I like how everyone at CrossFit makes you feel welcomed, no matter what class you attend.
- Name a fitness goal.
My goal is to get toned. The older I got, the weaker I got, so I want to get that back and tighten a few things up.
