  1. What is an interesting/fun fact about you?

Someone told me I was too old for CrossFit – so I started!

2.  What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

The CrossFit community is a completely different environment from other gyms. You are recognized as a person, an athlete, an individual- not a member # on a key pass. You are coached, supported and encourage by everyone. Not only is CrossFit a community, it’s FOR the community, not only does it offer WODs, and open gym, there are social and outside activities to expand yourself into as well.

3.  Name one fitness goal you have.

To do an unassisted pull-up, consistently hit a workout at the Rx weight … and to make it thru a whole 30 with 100% compliance.
