Athlete of the Week January 9 – 15: Savannah Mills

  1. Name one interesting fact about you.

One interesting fact about myself is that growing up, I wanted to be a mason, but I am majoring in Office Administration.

  1. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

I love many things about CrossFit Dover, however what I like the most is the challenging, community atmosphere. Whenever I work out alone, whether it be at home or on campus, I give up quickly and I don’t push myself. At CrossFit Dover, there is some invisible force of extra motivation that keeps me going past the point that I would typically stop.

  1. Name one fitness goal you have.

One fitness goal I have is to be able to put 100 pounds (or more!) over my head!!! Also, double unders!
