- What is an interesting fact about you?
I work at a rehab with people who are struggling with addiction and alcoholism. Not many people know this, but I am in recovery myself.
2. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?
I love that the coaches are so passionate about what they do. I can tell that they genuinely want to see me improve and that really motivates me. I also love being yelled at by coach Michael during daybreak. It really starts my day off right.
3. Name one fitness goal you have.
I’m not focusing on anything specific at the moment. I’m just trying to be a better athlete overall. If anything, I want to be able to do ring muscle ups consecutively.
