1. What is an interesting/fun fact about you?
I started ballet lessons when I was 32 and danced for 3 years.
2. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?
There are so many things but what I like most is how at just the right time in the WOD when I want to drop weight or just stop the coach usually takes notice and pushes me!
