1) Name an interesting fact about you.
I played lacrosse from 7th grade into college until my second knee surgery. Then started consistent CrossFit training and haven’t been in better shape.
2) What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Dover?
My favorite part of CrossFit Dover is the community. No other gym I’ve trained with has gone the extra mile to hold events and fundraisers like CF Dover.
3) Name a fitness goal.
My fitness goal is very simple. To continue pushing myself mentally and physically to become a better me that can handle life’s little surprises.
