Athlete of the Week May 1 – 6: Angela Kale

  1. What is an interesting/fun fact about you?

I run long distances for fun and enjoy it. I once ran a ultra marathon (54 miles) and all my toe nails fell off.

  1. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

Walking in the first time ever, I remember feeling super uncomfortable and out of my element. All it took was a few smiling faces and words of encouragement, and I was hooked by the end of the first WOD. To me, CrossFit is way more than “the box”. It is each and every one of my new friends I have made in this CF community that have given me something to look forward to every day!

  1. Name one fitness goal you have.

I HAVE A ton! But first is to be able to do a push up…the right way…
