  1. What is an interesting/fun fact about you?

Growing up I was heavily involved in gymnastics. During this time my parents and coach learned that I could complete all my bar routines hanging via my feet rather than my hands… to this day, I can grip just about anything with my feet!

  1. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

What’s not to love about CrossFit Dover??? Throughout my fitness journey, I’ve never experienced more encouragement, support and dedication to my success on a continuous basis. Our coaching staff is unparalleled and the team camaraderie is truly priceless! Making the decision to join CrossFit Dover, has completely changed my perception of fitness and the desire to push my body to limits I couldn’t imagine possible.

  1. Name one fitness goal you have.

My ultimate goal is to be able to RX every WOD… and do a muscle up!
