- What is an interesting/fun fact about you?
Newly engaged mommy of two!
I have been a vegetarian for over eight years. I just completed my second full marathon. I attend and love United Church.
2. What is your favorite thing about CrossFit Dover?
The one on one direction I receive from the amazing coaches! They take the time to explain the different movements and make sure I execute them properly.
3. Name a fitness goal you have.
One of my many fitness goals is to be able to do ring muscle ups like a boss!!!!
