Athlete of the Week October 10 – 16: Holly Foraker

  1. Name an interesting fact about you.

One fact about myself is I am a farm girl. I was raised on a farm and still a farm girl at heart.

  1. What do you like best about CrossFit Dover?

I have been doing CrossFit for 4 years at CrossFit Dover and everyday is a new challenge for me. When I started the basic training course I was unable to complete several movement. Through the last 4 years I have accomplished more than I can ever imagine.

  1. Name one fitness goal you have.

One fitness goal I have is to complete a box jump. I am very scared to jump on the box but I will get there in the near future.
