Athlete of the Week October 24 – 30: Ryan Mitchell
- What is an interesting fact about you?
I qualified top10 in multiple events for USA masters national swimming at the age of 24.
- What do you like most about Cross Fit Dover?
I like the constant push to be better everyday. Even on days I have no motivation I can come in to CF and get pushed to be better by the coaches and my training partners.
- Name one fitness goal you have.
To get my power lifting strength past what it was before I had surgery and increase my Olympic lifting numbers.
