Athlete of the Week October 31 – November 6: Carolina Rodriquez

  1. What is an interesting/fun fact about you?

I never played competitive sports growing up and would never have imagined becoming an athlete as an adult.

2. What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?

I like that it’s a place “where everybody knows your name” lol But seriously, everyone at CFD is encouraging and supportive of everyone else, whether you are a newbie or seasoned CrossFitter and whether you are participating in a competitive CrossFit event or something outside of CrossFit, like training for your first half or full marathon, a bodybuilding competition, obstacle course race, strongman, powerlifting meet, etc.

  1. Name one fitness goal you have.

I have several fitness goals. Basically, I want to continue getting stronger, improve technique, learn new skills, and continue finding new ways to challenge myself physically, because “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”
