- What is an interesting/fun fact about you?
I loved to run, ran several halfs, and even 2 full marathons, ironic how now that is the most difficult thing for me. But way too much distance running and no cross training despite injuries and physical therapists telling me about the need and even suggesting CrossFit still didn’t get me to stop. Unfortunately as life does sometimes you need to learn the hard way, but that’s what led me here so for that I am grateful.
- What do you like the most about CrossFit Dover?
So many things, first and foremost a 5am class, the most positive environment you can imagine, wonderful coaches that can somehow make this really fun and at times quite entertaining, and a really great community of people that accept you but still push you to improve.
- Name one fitness goal you have.
To be stronger and healthier than yesterday.
