Athlete of the Week September 18 – 24: Tracie Brewer
- Name an interesting fact about you.
An interesting thing about me is that I don’t like to run, but since
December, I’ve run in two 5ks, a duathalon, and a 9k. I’m running a 10k
in November. I totally do it for the medals ☺️.
2. What do you like most about CrossFit Dover?
The thing I like most about CrossFit Dover is all the support from
coaches and members alike. I am more fit now than I’ve ever been in my
life. That all began last August with the New You program. I
continued after the 6 weeks because no one here gives up on me, so I
won’t give up on me.
3. Name a fitness goal.
My fitness goals are definitely to increase my upper body strength. I
want to eventually do a pull-up, unassisted by boxes or bands. I’m not
there yet, but I know I’ll get there.
