Designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. This program is geared toward this special population and specific developmental needs for the population. Our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of trained Crossfit Kids Trainers. When fitness is defined as broad, inclusive, and general in means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power and speed. The age range for this program is 5-12.
