My first Crossfit Dover workout, I could not do a single unassisted sit-up (yes I said sit-up). I left the workout feeling exhausted and excited to workout again. I was a competitive athelete growing up and for years I had been an athlete without a team. Since that first workout, I have accomplished more physically in my 30s and 40s, then I did when I was an accomplished high school athelete. My team is Crossfit Dover!
