At 8 am Michael led the group through this for time WOD. The group was slated to hit 21 body weight deadlifts, 21 front squats(at a reduced weight), 21 burpees-run 200meters, 15 deadlifts, 15 front squats, 15 burpees-run 400 meters, 9 deadlifts, 9 front squats, 9 burpees-run 600 meters
