Michael leads the 4 p.m. group through “Cindy”, a 20:00 AMRAP of 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups and 15 squats, that at first seems like no big thing. At 5 minutes into this WOD most realize it’s bigger than it looks on the whiteboard. Our athletes pushed to the end with Cindy making every rep count today.
